My new favorite toy

Our new ipod nano has got to be perhaps the best thing we purchased in the last year. Talk about adding a bit of zip to the walk up the mount......folks, it's way more fun when you've got some good music to distract you from the pain of the workout. I have to admit, I was pretty fired up listening to Toby Keith's Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue while running down the mount. There's nothing like feeling a bit of American pride to bring on the illusion that you're on top of the world and able to conquer anything....including the trek up and down the mount.
